The drivers for the device are on the CD that arrived with the tablet. It contains the Macro Key manager, Free Notes / Office link and the necessary drivers.
I have got a negative Digitiser SND 3600 C2 and a Windows 7 computer. The CD says no video device and nothing happens when I plug in the USB connections.

I've checked the web and it appears that you can run and install this device on Windows 7 without errors since it fully supports Windows 7. Insert the CD, but don't start the application yet. Browse it and check the contents of that CD. Right click the driver installer and run it using the Run as Administrator option.
Accept the driver's installation and any other warning issued by Windows and then use the device and it should work properly this time.

Hi Victor,
I bought mine from San Gwann on Thursday
I wonder if you have tried a different USB socket, it worked for mme when I had the same trouble. But my troubles are far from over, other than the actual letter keys, most dont correspond with the actual letters and signs on the keys. For example if I press the question mark key I get this- or upper case I get this_.
I have tried reinstalling the software but with no luck. I will probably take it back to Lidl and get my money back.
PS if you eventually get your PC to recognise the keyboard will you please let me know if it behaves the same as mine. Thanks Bob, Bugibba

In order to fix the issues, I suggest you download and install the latest drivers available from the official web page. The latest drivers are fully compatible with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you still have issues, right-click the Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Mice and other pointing devices list right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer connect the SilverCrest OM 1007 device and reinstall the driver.

According to the following support website from Microsoft, error 28 usually appears when you try using a device that doesn't have the driver installed. Because you get this while trying to install the driver, you might experience compatibility problems with the device or the driver. To fix this, reboot your PC and try again. Check the compatibility of the device and driver with your OS. You should be able to fix the problem for yourself.
I have searched this software, but it doesn't appear anywhere which means it's either discontinued or not supported anymore, therefore the cause of errors in Windows 10. If you still have the installation package, right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Pick a Windows version that you know it's compatible and then save the changes. Launch the software again and follow the instructions. This is the only way to overcome this issue.
The mouse should have this functionality activated through its application. If you have the software installed, go to System Tray and locate the application for the mouse. Double click it to open its options and you will have the possibility to configure it from that location. Alternatively, go to Control Panel > Mouse or Control panel > Hardware and sound > Devices and Printers. Locate the mouse, right click it and select Mouse Settings. If there are options available, you will have the possibility to configure it from that location as well.

Access the following link to download the drivers hosted by Dukane, since the tablet is using the same info: http://www.dukane.com/av/service/productdownload.asp?Model=AS3
Note: You have the Macro software as well listed on the page.
